马尔科谈及洛森：“快车总是很难驾驭”
耐心是一种美德，但谁有时间呢？廉姆·洛森肯定没有。他第二次遭遇灾难般的排位赛，驾驶红牛赛车垫底，而队友马克斯·维斯塔潘驾驶着难以驾驭的红牛赛车获得了第四名。
洛森对此再清楚不过，他深知红牛二号车手的历史。他在排位赛后的媒体见面会上说："时间会证明一切，但我没有时间等了”。当 Motorsport.com向红牛顾问赫尔穆特·马尔科提出洛森的这句话时，这位奥地利人意味深长地说："他是对的。这很令人失望，我们必须分析所有，然后再做决定。这一切都取决于表现，而他没有做到。”
维斯塔潘对这位新西兰车手表示了支持，他说，考虑到RB21赛车的驾驶难度，他相信洛森在小红牛赛车上会比在红牛赛车上更快。
“如果你看看廉姆在RB的表现，他其实和角田很像。我认为他们之间没有太大的区别。否则，车队当然不会选择提拔廉姆。而现在，他们之间的差距突然变得很大，而且他们和我也非常接近，这就说明了一些问题。我和廉姆交流过，RB的赛车肯定比我们的更容易驾驶"。

马尔科并不认为这是一个合理的借口：“是的，但归根结底，快车总是很难驾驭。”
尽管红牛车队“严酷的爱”、“要么成功要么失败”的方式受到了质疑，因为到目前为止，红牛车队一直在努力为第二个位置寻找合适的车手，虽然大红牛车队在2025年再次忽视这位日本车手，但角田在“二队”的出色表现可能会迫使母队在未来再次更换车手。
“角田裕毅在他的第一场比赛和冲刺赛很有竞争力，没有失误，"马尔科承认，“但更令人印象深刻的是哈贾尔在第二场比赛中的表现。他对这里的赛道并不熟悉，却取得了第七名的好成绩，这更令人印象深刻。这说明青训计划正在发挥作用，同时也说明小红牛的赛车很有竞争力，而且显然更容易驾驶。”
当被问及如果目前的趋势持续下去，角田是否还会被忽视时，他回答道： "到时候再说吧。角田是为了他自己的未来而驾驶，这才是最重要的，他现在做得很好"。
